books.perl.org was created by Iain Truskett. Administrative assistance was provided by Robert Spier and Ask Bjørn Hansen. The books.perl.org project was instigated by Uri Guttman who also provided much advice, testing and code reviewing.

Iain died (too young by far) in December of 2003, and the site is now maintained by Dave Rolsky

The site is built with Apache, mod_perl, Mason and PostgreSQL.

Thanks to Jeremy Blain for solving some CSS problems some older browsers were having. He saved me many hours of scratching my head. Thank you.
